  • Once your sign up is complete and Documents have been uploaded, we will approve it from our end and will inform you through the same e-mail id with admin
  • In the mail, Username and password will be provided to you to access your Zelorra Seller account.

Important Things While Getting Orders
• All the orders should be packed within 1 day (SLA) after getting the order on the registered mail id.
• If the order is not shipped within the shipping time, SLA breach penalty is deducted from the expected pay out.
• We provide you one-day grace period so that you can ship the order and avoid customer dissatisfaction.
• If the order is not shipped within the grace period, the order will be auto-cancelled
• Once your order is cancelled from your end, you will be levied cancellation penalties
• Total Penalty Levied On Pay-out is SLA Breach Penalty + Cancellation Penalty
• If courier Person doesn’t come to pick up the order kindly mail us at seller@zelorra.com with AWB Number & order Number.
(Note: Delays in order shipments and cancellations by you could result in penalties. So adhere to the shipping time, try to deliver your products faster and increase your sales.)

Stages of Order
Once the order is placed by customer, it undergoes the process cycle. The various steps of an order from the time of order placement till the delivery to customer is known as Forward Shipping. Steps of this process are:

The Return of the order if requested by customer is known as Reverse Shipping. Steps of this

Packaging Material Guidelines & Request
• Packaging Guidelines – Kindly follow the instructions to avoid in-transit Images and ensure quality packaging on Pan India basis.
• Packaging Tapes Request – We will provide you first 5 Packaging tapes via logistic partner
and ensure to maintain sufficient inventory while charging nothing for the first 5 packaging Tapes.

Note: Logistic Partner always picked shipments in corrugated boxes or in Courier bags and no order can be dispatched without Zelorra Printed Tapes.

Every customer is valuable for us, any kind of delay in order processing might result in the loss of customer trust on Zelorra. In this case all the losses will be partly shared by the responsible merchant

Inventory Management
We have made inventory in google sheet for every vendor and the same will be shared with you. Please be noted, you have to update and share the inventory sheet at least twice a week (Every Monday and Saturday) on support@zelorra.com along with vendor code before 5pm, so that we can upload the same.
Note: Kindly update the Yes/No remarks in “Availability” column and share the complete inventory sheet instead of single SKU id.
Payment
Once the order is delivered to the customer the payment initiated on every Thursday & Friday. If you have any issue regarding payment kindly contact us at seller@zelorra.com
Payment Process: (Note: Please note that pay-out is done after deducting all the charges from the selling price.)

Why Payment Is Not Received In the Bank?
The transferred payment will be initiated in the same week if order is delivered by Wednesday. However, there might be some occasions when your payment is delayed. Your payment might be delayed due to the following reasons:
• Bank Holidays
• Account Details Error

Logistic Charges
This fee is charged for shipping order items to customer. It is calculated based on the higher of volumetric weight or dead weight of the product when measured with secondary packaging (i.e. package handed over to courier). It also varies based on shipment destination -local, zonal and national.
Note: Shipping fee is not charged for self-ship orders.

  • If wrong shipping weight is mentioned this will result in penalty in account so seller must enter correct shipping

If Zelorra has reason to believe you, Your Content, or your use of the Services violate our Terms, including this Seller Policy, we may deactivate Your Content or suspend or terminate your account (and any accounts Zelorra determines is related to your account and your access to the Services. Generally, Zelorra will notify you that Your Content or account has been suspended or terminated, unless you’ve repeatedly violated our Terms or we have legal or regulatory reasons preventing us from notifying you.
